WIN Chapters

Would you like a WIN Chapter in your community? Women’s Initiative Network can make it easier than ever to form a group.

How do you get started?

Schedule a luncheon with you and 3-6 interested persons, inviting a WIN leader to attend and share the start up plan.

Who leads the local chapter?

WIN is seeking to hire or appoint a local contact person as part time independent contractors to build chapters.

What roles are needed to support the meeting or event?

The following duties are needed:

  • Chapter Chair to coordinate committee and schedule bi-monthly meetings or events
  • Facilitator to operate the registration desk & send records/materials to WIN.
  • Prayer leader for pre-training and meeting management
  • Communication Chairperson to share event internally and locally
  • WIN vendor table manager to sell products and publications
  • Vendor Coordinator to seek meeting sponsors and vendor opportunities

What commitment is needed?

We seek to have meetings 6 times a year bi-monthly and social events 6 times a year bi-monthly so there are gatherings monthly. Meetings are generally planned for free attendance using complimentary meeting sites and speakers. Vendor table sales help cover any site costs.

What support will the WIN office provide?

WIN is operated by Motivations, Inc. a full service seminar company. We support chapter leaders with training, our events registration software, printed materials, supplies, website listings and communication tools.
